As a Preschool Teacher in a Reggio Emilia-inspired school, I believe that every child is capable, curious, and learns best through meaningful, hands-on experiences. My teaching approach focuses on creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children are encouraged to explore, ask questions, express their ideas, and develop independence. I design developmentally appropriate lesson plans based on children's interests, observations, and learning needs. I facilitate play-based and inquiry-driven activities that promote cognitive, social-emotional, language, physical, and creative development. I regularly observe and assess each child's progress through documentation, portfolios, and authentic assessments, using these insights to plan meaningful learning experiences and support each child's individual growth. I value strong partnerships with families and colleagues, believing that collaboration is essential in supporting children's learning and overall development. My goal is to inspire a lifelong love of learning by fostering curiosity, creativity, confidence, and respect for every child's unique abilities.
